| What were the earliest dinosaurs like? Find out at our traveling exhibit, Origins: The Dawn of Dinosaurs, comes to the Library. Get a glimpse of early Triassic life – 225 million years ago – when the two earliest dinosaurs, Eoraptor and Herrerasaurus, thrived. The dinosaurs "come to life" in this exhibit which paints a picture of their world using: • Life-size flesh models • Replica skeletons • Original fossil wood and volcanic ash • Expedition equipment and images from the discovery site in Argentina • A hands-on dinosaur silhouette rubbing table • A video theatre tent showing Fragments of Time DVD The exhibit, which was created by Project Exploration, will be in the Hendrickson Room from July 8–29. Hours are Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sunday noon–5 p.m. Drop in during these hours; there's no registration.
