The Library's Bookmobile hit the road on September 28 for the Read-Out Road Trip to three Skokie schools. Students at McCracken Middle School, East Prairie School, and Bessie Rhodes Magnet School of Global Studies played Banned Book Bingo and read passages from banned and challenged books. Each school also received a box of banned books purchased by Skokie Public Library with grant funds received from the American Library Association's Judith Krug Foundation.
